The
pickle,
often
called a summer sour pickle, cures 2-3 days in a brine consisting
of chopped garlic, salt, mixed spice and vinegar. This pickle
is considered by many to be the authentic “Jewish Deli” pickle.
Its brownish color, strong garlic flavor and cloudy brine distinguish
it from our other products. The Sour pickle has a shelf life of
approximately 45 days.
